Return & Refund Policy

At The Style Bag, we create custom leather handbags exclusively for women. Each piece is made with attention to detail, love, and craftsmanship. While we stand behind the quality of our products, we understand there may be times when you need to return or exchange an item. This policy outlines everything you need to know to make that process easy and transparent.
Notifying Us About a Return or Exchange
If you’d like to return or replace your handbag for any reason, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Email our support team at support@thestylebag.com with your order number and reason for return.
We offer a 30-day return or refund guarantee for eligible items, but your return or exchange must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Once we receive your request and approve it, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RAN). After that, you must ship the item back to us within 7 business days.
We cannot accept return requests made after the initial 48-hour window.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- It is unused and in original condition
- It is returned in the original packaging, including tags, dust bags, and protective wrapping
- It is not a custom or personalized handbag
- It is not marked as “Final Sale”
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets these criteria. This inspection process typically takes 3–5 business days. If approved, we’ll proceed with the refund or arrange for an exchange as requested.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund for the product cost within 10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a damaged or incorrect item).
- If the order was canceled after it was shipped, only the product cost will be refunded; shipping charges will not be returned.
- If we receive the return, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- If you are requesting an exchange and the return is approved, you must pay the shipping fee for the new item.
We will email you to confirm once your refund or exchange has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note, certain items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Custom or personalized leather handbags
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
- Products that have been used, worn, washed, or show signs of damage or alteration
If an item is returned and does not meet our return requirements, it will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.
Return Labels & Shipping Instructions
We aim to make your return experience as smooth as possible.
- Physical Return Label: Upon request, we can include a return shipping label in your original package.
- Downloadable Return Label (PDF): If preferred, we’ll email you a return label that you can print at home.
Be sure to use the provided return label and ship the item back within 7 business days of receiving your RAN. We recommend using the original packaging and a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a handbag that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us at support@thestylebag.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will work to resolve the issue quickly—either with a full refund or a replacement item at no extra cost to you.
Important Notes
- Returns sent without prior approval or without a valid RAN may be refused.
- Items must be received by us in unused and undamaged condition to be eligible for refund or exchange.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
