At The Style Bag, we’re committed to delivering your custom leather handbags quickly, safely, and reliably. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping times, charges, and how we handle delivery situations.
Handling Time
Once your order is placed, our team will begin preparing your custom leather handbag. We take pride in attention to detail and craftsmanship, which is why our handling time is 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST, GMT-05:00) on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after that time will begin processing on the next business day.
Transit Time
After your order is processed and shipped, our estimated transit time is 7 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday). This may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 7 to 15 business days from the shipping date. Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or in the event of carrier delays.
Shipping Charges
We offer a flat shipping fee of $7.00 USD for all orders delivered within the USA. This fee will be added at checkout and includes secure packaging and full tracking.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also visit our Track Your Order page on our website anytime to check the status of your delivery.
Incorrect Orders or Details
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item or entered incorrect shipping details, you will be responsible for:
- The cost of returning the incorrect item, and
- The shipping cost to resend the correct item

Updating Shipping Information
It’s essential to provide accurate and up-to-date shipping and contact details when placing your order. The Style Bag is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by:
- Incorrect address
- Outdated contact details
- Missed delivery attempts
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at support@thestylebag.com before your order ships. Once the package is dispatched, we cannot make changes.
Undeliverable Packages
If the shipping address provided is incorrect and your package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases:
- You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item to the correct address
- Refunds for undelivered items will not include the original shipping fee
Please verify your shipping information carefully to avoid this situation.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. To request cancellation, contact us at support@thestylebag.com as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on how to return the item after delivery.
Damaged Items
Visible Damage
If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, we strongly recommend refusing the parcel and reporting the damage to the courier immediately. This helps speed up the claims process and ensures we can resolve the issue efficiently.
Discovered Damage
If you notice damage after receiving the package, please contact us within 48 hours at support@thestylebag.com. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the damage
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if the item qualifies under our damage policy.
