Orders and Payment
When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment and contact information. Currently, we accept payments only via PayPal. You must pay in full at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Unavailable products
Pricing or description errors
If an order is canceled after payment, you will be notified, and a full or partial refund will be processed depending on the situation.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms described in our Shipping Policy, including handling times, transit times, and shipping charges.
The Style Bag is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Please review our Return & Refund Policy for complete details. We accept returns and exchanges for eligible, unused items within 30 days of delivery, but you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to start the return process.
Custom or personalized items and items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
